Paul Frank

Founded in 1997, Paul Frank Industries began with a few friends crafting unique wallets and guitar straps for their friends in a garage in Huntington Beach, California. Using colorful, mid-century dead-stock automotive grade vinyl and a simple character monkey face called “Julius”, Paul Frank quickly became an icon synonymous with an emerging cultural movement.

Julius first appeared on a wallet, on which he was hand cut and sewn down in layers, giving the product a distinct hand crafted feel. Since then Julius has become a world-wide icon and over 200 other characters were created with the desire to decorate and bring personality to Paul Frank’s products. Paul Frank Industries has become a global lifestyle brand with a fan base in over 60 countries worldwide. The brand is represented in a huge variety of products, ranging from clothes to bikes, from watches to furniture, and from spring 2010: bags and accessories.
